From the very beginning, the production unit will receive information from the customer about the product, intended use, design style and expected budget. Based on that, the consulting team will propose suitable materials, designs, sizes and printing technology to ensure aesthetics, reasonable costs and suitability with the customer's brand positioning. This is an important foundation step to help shape the design and production direction for the entire project.

Based on the requirements for size, material, quantity and printing technique (offset printing, color printing, hot stamping, UV coating...), the manufacturer will provide a detailed quote for the entire process of producing and printing paper packaging. The quote includes the costs of design, printing, processing, transportation and accompanying services (if any). After the customer reviews and agrees to the price, the two parties will sign a contract, which clearly states the terms of implementation time, payment schedule, responsibility and commitment to product quality. This is an important legal basis to ensure the rights of both parties throughout the cooperation process.

After both parties agree on the product requirements, the customer will deposit a portion of the agreed cost to confirm the order. Immediately after that, the design team will begin creating a mockup (sample design) based on the customer's information, ideas and brand identity. The mockup will be sent to the customer for approval and editing (if necessary) before moving on to the printing and mass production stage. This is an important step to ensure that the final product is consistent with the wishes and brand image.
